This image has special meaning for me and represented both a difficult and incredibly rewarding period in my life. The small and delicate fragment of ice balances precariously on a twig that is also being challenged by the rushing water. The shape of the ice is echoed in the rocks, solidifying a relationship that cannot be defined. It is one of my favorite images.
